Bruce Chen, MD, brings experience and the latest technical expertise in caring for patients with cardiac conditions. He is a board-certified interventional cardiologist. Dr. Chen earned his medical degree from West Virginia University Medical School and continued his medical training there, completing his internal medicine residency, cardiology fellowship and interventional cardiology fellowship.
Prior to moving to Texas, Dr. Chen was the director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Adena Health System in Ohio and was on staff as an interventional cardiologist for seven years. He has conducted medical research to improve patient care and has been published in medical journals.
Dr. Chen is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention, American Medical Association and American Heart Association.
