About Kimberly Hopkins, APRN, CN

Kimberly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Venture Management with a minor in Finance and completed a pre-medicine curriculum. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Science Center's accelerated second degree program at the Austin location. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma Kimberly moved to Austin in 2007. She has spent most of her nursing career in ICU prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She is a 'heart mom' to a heart warrior who was born with complex congenital heart disease requiring multiple open heart surgeries. She and her husband and have two children. We live in the beautiful Hill Country. We have a small farm and peach orchard. We enjoy farming, the beach, and playing board games.
