About Amanda Klein, MSN, FNP-BC

Amanda Klein is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is an advocate for her patients and believes in providing patient-centered care. Amanda received a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Amanda is a Central Texas native and was raised outside of Schulenburg. She is excited to serve the community that her family has called home for generations. Prior to joining Austin Heart, Amanda worked as an emergency department charge nurse, oncology research nurse, and pediatric and adult stem cell transplant nurse. She has a diverse background and looks forward to bringing it to Austin Heart.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, running, cycling, and cooking. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
