Dr. Noah Greene is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a Distinguished Graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Greene completed his residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas after which he was selected to serve as Chief Medical Resident. He completed Cardiology Fellowship at the combined Wilford Hall Medical Center/Brooke Army Medical Center Cardiology Fellowship in San Antonio. While in the Air Force, Dr. Greene served as Chief of Cardiology at Mike O’Callaghan Federal Hospital, Nellis AFB, Nevada and completed an active duty tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. His last position was lead physician for Specialists for Health Cardiology in San Antonio.
For fun, Dr. Greene enjoys practicing yoga, staying fit and is an avid sports fan. Most importantly he values spending time with his wife, Mary, who is originally from Fredericksburg, and their four children.
