Bio

Dr. Kevin Gallagher comes to Austin Heart from Frisco, Texas. After completing his undergraduate degrees from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas, and a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas, he received his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Post-graduate training began with an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, followed by a Cardiology Fellowship at the same institution. His research has been published in a variety of professional journals. Dr. Gallagher is board certified in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

In his free time, Dr. Gallagher enjoys running, playing with his children and playing drums.
